Affiliated ABA Centers

Local Care, Supported by LBAPS

Learning Ladders is a local ABA provider serving children and families across Virginia, supporting those with high functioning autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs. Care is delivered locally, with Learning Ladders operating as affiliated part of LBAPS, a national care network that provides clinical leadership, infrastructure, and continuity of care.

This structure allows families to receive personalized support while also benefiting from shared standards, resources, and oversight designed to support consistent, high-quality ABA services.

Shared Standards

What Defines an LBAPS-Affiliated Center

LBAPS-affiliated centers share a common commitment: helping children access effective, individualized ABA support in ways that feel clear, timely, and manageable for families.

Across affiliated locations, care is grounded in clinical excellence, family partnerships, and modern best-practice ABA.

Every child is cared for as an individual, with programs that evolve alongside their needs. Our care network spans more than 25 states nationwide.

TEN years of growth

LBAPS National Expansion

Thoughtful National Expansion

LBAPS began expanding nationally in 2016, growing intentionally into communities where access to quality ABA services was limited. Each new location is built around local clinical leadership, long-term provider stability, and sustainable family support.

Built on Clinical Accountability

Our growth is driven by responsible care, strong clinical oversight, and continuous improvement through technology, data, and ongoing clinician training. Shared standards ensure consistency, while local teams retain flexibility to meet real community needs.

One Network, Many Local Teams

Headquartered in New York City, LBAPS supports a nationwide network of providers, clinicians, and therapists through centralized resources, operational support, and shared best-practice frameworks.

Local Care, Shared Standards

This model allows local programs like Learning Ladders to stay deeply community-focused while benefiting from centralized leadership, shared clinical standards, and national-level resources.

Seeing the child first

Care That Fits Real Life

LBAPS-supported providers deliver ABA services in the environments where children learn and live every day. Care is tailored to each child and may take place at home, in school, or in community settings where real-life skills are built and practiced.

We also partner closely with private and public schools, supporting classrooms through collaboration, group instruction, and social skills groups.
