What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
- Implement treatment plans developed by a Behavior Analyst
- Communicate effectively with bilingual families
- Collect data, track progress, and maintain accurate session notes
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and caregivers
Requirements
- Required: High School Diploma & RBT Certification
- Required: Fluency in Spanish and English
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience working with children
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
